Well written! As a rule, I try to let an agency know the names of other Interpreters that I respect and would gladly hire if I had an agency when I am unable to cover an assignment. I feel that the quality of my referral also reflects on the quality of my interpreting. I have also received many a call because someone else has also been kind enough to refer me. If you know what you are doing and do it well, things will work out in the long run!
